Thankfully, you won’t have to pay that much for every seat, but ticket prices are still absurd. As of Dec. 5, the average ticket prices for the title game were $2,693, according to a ticketcity.com blog, and will likely rise as the game draws nearer. The average ticket price for last year’s NCG (Alabama vs. LSU) was $1,918.
In comparison, Stubhub.com representative Shannon Barbara the average price for a Notre Dame home game ticket this season was $178 on the website.
If you’re taking a car to the title game, prepare to shell out some more cash for parking.
Various ticket vendor websites are also selling parking tags at Sun Life Stadium.
According to excite.com, Orange permits start at $27 and Blue permits start at $214. People who want to park up close at the stadium can expect to pay as much as $475.
