Brew Masters was a weekly television series that aired on the Discovery Channel, beginning in 2010. A total of 6 episodes were filmed, however, the 6th never aired in the United States. The show was headlined by Sam Calagione, founder/head brewer at Dogfish Head Brewery, and followed him and his staff as they traveled the world looking for inspiration for their beers. New ingredients and techniques were gathered as well as collaborations explored to create new recipes.
Calagione says they take their beer very seriously, but they never take themselves too seriously. In March 2011, the series was canceled. Here is the 6th episode for your viewing enjoyment.
